In the Kingdom of Nurria, a nation inhabited solely by women who wear the hijab, a unique population policy has been enacted to ensure the stable maintenance of the population and the continued prosperity of the state. Under this policy, every household is expected, as a national goal, to contribute to the nation’s future growth. The government provides comprehensive support for reproduction, family life, and education, treating these as a single, unified national endeavor.
To make this vision a reality, the kingdom actively recruits retired elderly men from other countries. Those who answer the call are granted food, clothing, and shelter. In return, they are required to engage in sexual relations with the hijab-clad women of Nurria.
